ICARE eligibility criteria:
You are under the age of 21 in need of immigration legal assistance
You currently reside in New York City (The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or Staten Island)
Please note: Due to high demand, we are experiencing longer than usual response times and are unable to provide an estimated timeline for follow-up. We review all submissions as they come in.

You don't need to contact each organization separately, as we have streamlined the process for you to request legal services conveniently from one centralized location.
