If you need legal services and meet ICARE’s eligibility criteria, please complete the referral form below.

ICARE eligibility criteria:

  • You are under the age of 21 in need of immigration legal assistance

  • You currently reside in New York City (The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or Staten Island)

    Please note: Due to high demand, we are experiencing longer than usual response times and are unable to provide an estimated timeline for follow-up. We review all submissions as they come in.

    If you have a court date, urgent needs, another time-sensitive situation, or for all other questions please reach out to us directly at legalhelp@icarecoalition.org so we can best assist you.

ICARE serves as a centralized hub for requesting free legal services from our provider network, which includes:

Each organization brings vast experience and expertise to support immigrant children and youth in navigating their immigration legal cases in NYC.
